A camera becomes a
vibration lab.

ChekView is AI motion magnification. It amplifies sub-pixel movement until invisible vibration becomes visible on video. No accelerometers, no contact, no downtime. Drag the divider to reveal what the lens can't.

03.A — How motion magnification works

Four steps from ordinary footage
to visible vibration.

ChekView reads the tiny intensity changes every pixel makes as a machine moves, isolates the frequency bands that matter, and amplifies them, so motion too small for the eye becomes obvious on screen.

Step 01

Record

Point any camera at the asset from a safe distance. A short, steady clip is all ChekView needs.

Step 02

Decompose

AI breaks each frame into spatial and temporal bands, tracking sub-pixel shifts across the whole scene.

Step 03

Amplify

The frequency bands tied to the fault are magnified, exaggerating the invisible motion many times over.

Step 04

Reveal

The result is video the whole team can watch: motion made visual, not just plotted on a chart.

03.B — Why it matters

See it, don't just plot it.

AI motion magnification amplifies sub-pixel movement until invisible vibration becomes visible on video. No accelerometers, no contact, no downtime.

  • Non-contact diagnosticsMeasure from a safe distance with any camera.
  • Structural & mechanical faultsExpose looseness, misalignment, cracks and resonance.
  • See it, don't just plot itMotion made visual, for the whole team, not only the analyst.

03.D — Faults it detects

One lens, many failure modes.

ChekView turns everyday video into a diagnostic tool, surfacing the mechanical and structural problems that usually hide between inspection intervals.

Structural vibration

Columns, frames and supports swaying beyond safe amplitude.

Cracks & fractures

Base and foundational cracks that grow under cyclic load.

Looseness

Loose bolts, mounts and base frames that let parts wander.

Misalignment

Shaft and coupling misalignment written into the motion pattern.

Pipeline vibration

Flow-induced and resonant motion along runs of pipe.

Isolator wear

Vibration pads and mounts no longer damping as designed.

Rotating equipment Structural inspection Pumps & compressors Piping & supports Foundations & skids Commissioning checks Root-cause reviews
Get in touch

Let's make the invisible, visible.

Bring us a machine you can't quite explain. We'll show you what ChekView sees: non-contact, on-site or from your own footage.
